special meeting of the Village of Liverpool Board of Trustees was held on
Monday, August 3rd, 2009 at 8:30 AM at 310 Sycamore Street, Liverpool

Absent: James Rosier Trustee Nicholas Kochan Deputy Mayor
Introduce LL F- 2009 to amend Chapter 129 of the Code of the Village of Liverpool Section 129-5 to amend the stop intersections at Balsam and Seventh Street
Trustee Hebert introduced LL F- 2009 to amend Chapter 129 of the Code of the Village of Liverpool Section 129-5 to amend the stop intersections at Balsam and Seventh Streets and was seconded by Trustee Gaetano. Motion Passed.
Set Public hearing for LL F- 2009 for August 18th at 7:01 PM
Motion was made by Trustee Hebert, seconded by Trustee Gaetano, to set the public hearing for LL F- 2009 for August 19th at 7:01 PM. Motion Passed.
Hire Sandra J. Callahan to position of Deputy Village Clerk Treasurer to replace Margaret Burbank, who is resigning on August 21, 2009.
Motion was made by Trustee Gaetano, seconded by Trustee Hebert, to hire Sandra J. Callahan to the position of Deputy Village Clerk Treasurer to replace Margaret Burbank who is resigning on August 21, 2009 for a probationary period of 12 weeks at a reduced $2.00 an hour rate. Motion Passed.
Adjournment Motion was made by Trustee Hebert, seconded by Trustee Gaetano to adjourn the meeting. Meeting adjourned at 8:36 AM. Motion Passed
