A special meeting of the
Village of Liverpool Board of Trustees was held on Monday, January 14,
2008 at 6:30 PM at 310 Sycamore Street, Liverpool, New York Gary White Trustee James Rosier Trustee Nicholas Kochan Trustee Dennis Hebert Trustee Mark Grobosky Attorney
Mayor Ward called the meeting to order and all those present joined in the pledge of allegiance. Executive Session Motion was made by Trustee Hebert, seconded by Trustee Kochan, to move into executive session for the purpose of a personnel matter. Motion Passed. Motion was made by Trustee White, seconded by Trustee Hebert, to move out of executive session. Motion Passed. Motion was made by Trustee White, seconded by Trustee Hebert, to return to regular session. Motion Passed. Chief of Police Appointment Motion was made by Trustee White, seconded by Trustee Rosier, to authorize the Mayor to appoint William J. Becker as Chief of Police for an annual salary of $68,000 pending contract terms being agreed upon and successful outcome of the background check. Motion Passed. Adjournment Motion was made by Trustee Kochan, seconded by Trustee Hebert, to adjourn the meeting. Meeting was adjourned at 9:05 PM. Motion Passed. Respectfully submitted,
