FEMA Flood Mapping Information
Some properties located within the Village may be included in the new flood plain map. If you property is located within this new flood map, you may be required to obtain flood insurance. Information regarding FEMA Flood mapping may be obtained by calling toll-free 1-877-FEMA-MAP. You may also visit the FEMA website and scroll down to Onondaga County by clicking HERE.
MS4 Program
The Village of Liverpool must have a permit to discharge stormwater as required by the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation. For more information on the program, or to learn how you can participate, please visit CNYRPD.

As part of the program, The Village is required to develop and implement a Stormwater Management Plan (SWMP) which outlines all the Village is doing to comply with the permit. Each year, an annual progress report is completed and submitted to the State. The SWMP and Annual Report are available for viewing by clicking HERE
Disposal of TVs, Microwaves or Fluorescent lights

Village Trapper 
Please call 315-451-4210 for information regarding animal trapping in the Village of Liverpool. This is coordinated through the Town of Salina. There is no charge for this service for Village residents.
Comprehensive Plan  
The Comprehensive Plan was adopted to bring the zoning ordinance and regulations into greater conformance and consistency. A copy can be viewed at the Village Clerk's office, the Liverpool Public Library or by clicking HERE 
Child Safety Seats 
The Police Department conducts child safety seat inspections. Call the Department at 315-457-0722. Certified Child Safety Seat technicians are aviailable to install and inspect child seats Monday - Friday.
Year Round Fun by the Lake  
Onondaga Lake park is open year round for family fun. Come and enjoy walking, inline skating, biking or cross country skiing along the lakeside trails. Over 1 million people visit this park every year. Vist the County Parks website for more information.
