Public hearing on Special Permit application for property located at 609 Vine Street, tax map #003-.05-02.0 for Advocates, Inc. to operate an Advocates Office on the first floor with two non-owner occupied apartments on the second floor. (SEQR, lead agency complete) (County recommendation to be reviewed)

Change of use site plan application for property located at 116 S. Willow Street, tax map #004-06-19, property owner John and Linda Gormel to convert garage to "Gull Ice Cream"

Revised site plan application for property located at 116 S. Willow Street, tax map 004-06-19, property owner John and Linda Gormel to construct a 600 foot addition for storage on the back of proposed ice cream stand
